Comfort Innovations offers drop ship service to the end user from its manufacturer.

All retailers receive the same pricing. We do not offer advertising/marketing incentives or assistance.

All retailers must receive approval for pricing below the MSRP.

All warranty repairs are the responsibility of Comfort Innovations and are returned to the Manufacturer and not to the Retailer.

National Portable Cooling offers an extended GO COOL warranty and information on this extended warranty is included in each GO COOL. Retailers may not offer their own extended warranty plans.
